Why AXYS exists
For 13 years I ran a coaching business. For most of that time, I held it together with spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and a mental list I was always worried about dropping.
I noticed at-risk members because I happened to notice they hadn't been in. I chased failed payments manually. I followed up on trials from memory. That works — until the week it doesn't, and someone cancels who didn't have to.
I didn't set out to build software. I set out to fix the specific operational problems that were costing me time, money and members every week. AXYS is what came out of that.
